Patrick is the founder of Kitsingi Hope and champions mental health and wellbeing. He has written a number of books including; Honesty over silence, When Faith Gets Shaken and Brighter Days. He has now founded Brighter Days.Life to improve mental health in the work place. This in-person event will take place at St John The Baptist (Grove Parish Church).
